İsmi Chin ( Otomo) Kiyoshi. Go: adı Gekko (Getsuko).
Nagasakili bir ressamdır. Nagasaki'de doğmuş ve burada çalışmıştır. Kumashiro Yuhi'nin öğrencisi olmuştur. Daha sonra Chin soyadını almıştır ve böylece isminin bütünü şiirsel bir anlam oluşturmuştur "ay ışığıyla yıkanmış bir gölde batmak ." Hayvan resimlerinde uzmanlaşmıştır.

Biog.: Nagasaki painter. Born and worked in Nagasaki. Pupil of Kumashiro Yuhi. Eventually took the new family name of Chin so his complete name would make the poetic phrase "to sink into the moonlit lake." Specialized in painting animals.
